They made sure to have me look the unit over before they left, and I even got a followup call the next day making sure everything went as planned. If you are looking for affordable and reliable home cleaning or housekeeping, look no further. We have used Cleanzen many times at our home. Their responsiveness is top-notch and very convenient. I prefer to text them when I need a cleaning and always get a speedy and friendly response. On occasion, they've got a team to our house the same day. Recently, Fernanda Botelho was our cleaner. Ana Paula and her partner were amazing! Needed a move-out special for a two story 3BR after 8 years. Came on time and an hour later the place looked brand new! Thought for sure I’d get up-charged somehow but nope! Exactly what I’d paid for in the time they had allotted with no corners cut. Fantastic job, super nice. Couple neighbors even asked for their info to hire them by the end too lol. Zero stress, place is perfect, landlord’s happy - 10/10 recommend! Thank you so much!

My partner and I had just rented a new apartment and the previous tenants did not leave the space clean (i.e, oven caked with dirt, dirty baseboards, dirty grout in tiling and bathtub, rust stains in cabinets, etc). Rita was EXCELLENT and met all of our needs to make our home move-in ready. It was clear she worked very diligently, all within a quick 2 hours. I will also note that I had a last minute complications in my schedule and Rita was so flexible and gracious. Her professionalism and friendliness are what made what was already a fantastic cleaning to a superb customer experience overall. When I walked in my apartment I was met with a lovely fresh scent, which was a nice finishing touch.I will definitely be using Cleanzen and Rita again for any future cleaning needs.

I had a great one-time cleaning from Marci’s team. They went above and beyond and left the place spotless. Would use them again.I struggled a little bit using Cleanzen’s booking system. It’s a little hard to tailor it to your own needs and place, and hard to tell if you’re paying the right price for what is actually getting cleaned. The team themselves when they arrived hadn’t seen the specifications listed in my booking so we had to go over them again, which left me a little confused. For example when I booked I was told by phone that I’d have to pay extra because they would have to bring “special equipment” to deal with cat hair. I paid $20 extra for this when I booked online. There was no such special equipment (I don’t think any such thing is necessary anyway) and the team wasn’t aware I had a cat. I think it’s always going to be difficult to get things priced right when you are booking a first time cleaning but I have some doubts about the system.

Miri was great and overall very attentive to details. I was a little disappointed that it wasn't clear that a deep clean doesn't include sideboards (I'd just assume a deep clean means just that, a DEEP CLEAN) but apparently not. So if you book, just be very specific with what you want. Overall she was good though - more thorough than other cleaners I've had previously (not from this company).

We had Reinaldo and Marci’s team clean our home after a major construction project. They were incredibly thorough. I can’t remember the last time my home was this clean. It wasn’t cheap, however I feel like I got a great quality cleaning so it was worth it. The office staff was great as well, quick responses to everything and helped us reschedule without issue twice.

By the time she finished, several hours later, our home was spotless, with all windows and mirrors, all stainless, all brass— spotless and shiny. She dusted everywhere, even tiny nooks and crannies. She pleasantly worked around our own schedule, doing rooms in an order that was not obtrusive. We have high praise for her work and professionalism.

I called Cleanzen for a same-day service after Handy.com cleaners did not show up for three time in a row (DO NEVER USE THAT WEBSITE, it is absolute trash). They were very efficient and found me a cleaner for the same afternoon. Patricia, the cleaner, was fantastic. She thoroughly cleaned every corner of my place and left it spotless. She was very careful with cleaning appliance, windows, kitchen stove, closets and cabinets and she even found a better positioning for some of my stuff. Awesome job and great service, really really recommended.
